Above all else we expect all guests to remain responsible and respectful of our space. Our woodland may be small but it means alot to our family and we offer it with the intention that others may use it for their own relaxation and pleasure, but not at the expense of ourselves or others.Music and noise must be made minimal by 10pm as we do have neighbours who may not appreciate the volume no matter how good you believe your music taste is.We expect all guests to stay within the designated areas - parking space, bell tent area while the woodland itself remains private and not accessible for guests.We expect guests to appreciate the woodland and not intentionally cause harm or damage to any tree or plant, wildlife or animal during your stay. We expect guests to discard rubbish in bins provided, use the portaloo for toilet needs only and only burn logs in the fire in a safe controlled manner and not burn sticks or foliage found in the woodland, rather use only the logs provided.We expect vehicles to be parked with care and consideration and that all guests stick to the path.We cannot be held liable for injury, loss or damage and all guests book, stay and enter / exit the woodland at their own risk and discretion.We expect guests to leave all supplied items and present furnishings provided as they found them and a full inventory will be made before security deposit is refunded.We expect any guests that have a dog, to keep their furry friend on a short lead, under control and not left unattended. Any damages caused by dogs will be reimbursed from the security deposit and guests with dogs will be required to pay a slightly higher deposit to cover the dog and all guests are expected to pay a refundable deposit, alongside the hire fee and a cleaning cost.We expect all guests to take the weather into consideration as we cannot guarantee or predict the weather during your stay. We cannot be held responsible for any acts of weather no matter what it is - from extreme heat, unexpected down pours, to wind increases or temperature decreases. This is beyond our control and not our fault!We also expect guests to adhere to any changes that maybe made without prior warning, such as, but not limited to - national park fire restrictions which may result in a campfire ban for your duration.We expect guests to provide their own food, clothes and toiletries, as well as their own necessary items that we do not provide. However we do provide tap water, drinking water and some other small provisions, we cannot provide everything.We require all guests to act accordingly and sensibly during their stay and leave the belltent and the Cosy Cwtch area as they found it, however we will take care of the rubbish, general clean down and bed linen changes upon departure.Guests are expected to check in on their arrival day between 12 midday and 3pm and depart within 12 midday and 3pm on their departure date. We cannot accommodate early or late check ins or check outs without prior notice.We do not expect guests to be overly cautious or unrealistically careful, however shoes on the bed, pets wondering the woodland, rubbish thrown on the ground ect we feel can be avoided and expect measures to be taken by guests to keep our Cosy Cwtch in its original state.We provide 20litres of tap water, 10liters of bottled water, washing up liquid, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar, cooking oil and gas for the stove, we expect these to be left when you leave and treated the same as other furnishings provided excluding of course what you use. Additional water and condiments ect can be requested if needed by phoning the number provided in the welcome pack.We do not offer additional logs, but these can be purchased on site upon request using the number provided In welcome pack.We expect guests to adhere to the no children rule and to only permit the guests on the booking to come on site and we remind all guests that they are responsible for all their own belongings, pets, vehicles and themselves and they stay at the Cosy Cwtch entirely at their own risk, although all steps have been taken to ensure a safe and comfortable visit, it is the responsibility of all guests to take care of themselves, remain sensible and maintain a level of common sense and logic.We expect guests to be vigilant when drinking and eating inside the belltent and we have a strict no smoking, vaping or any flames or burning of anything, including incense, inside our belltent and we expect all smokers to discard of their cigarettes in the fire pit and not on the ground. This includes disposable vapes that must be discarded in the bin provided.We expect guests to only use our bins for personal rubbish and refuge used during their stay and do not permit guests to 'unload' their cars of litter or bring in refuge to dispose here on our site.We expect guests to use our provided furnishings as they are intended and all breakages or missing items will be reimbursed from the security deposit.We expect guests to appreciate we are in a woodland with no access to mains water or mains electricity. again, Tap water will be provided inside a twenty litre water container and bottled water is provided in two five litre bottles.Our toilet is a portaloo, which is exclusively for guests will provide toilet paper and hand sanitiser, alongside soap and tap and sink. We ask all guests to respect this toilet as it is an addition we are fortunate enough to provide but at our own cost.We unfortunately cannot provide showering or washing facilities.Guests are expected to report all damages including stains and tears immediately and all belltents will be checked thoroughly before security deposit is reimbursed.We expect guests to enjoy themselves and feel safe and comfortable In an environment that is wild and wayward and ask guests to leave it as they find it so the person reading this can consider our pitch for their choice whenchoosing a place for their get away and feel reassured that these measures we take are so that their stay will be as enjoyable as the person before them.We reserve the right to change any of our terms and conditions at any time. We also reserve the right to, but not limited to, cancelling a booking, remove guests, change our timings and openings or closing and report any unlawful or illegal behaviour when needed.These terms and conditions can be provided upon request and upon booking you agree to adhere to our terms and conditions.
